Why Should I Sign a Buyers Broker Agreement?

A new nationwidw law set into motion on August 17, 2024 as a result of the National Association of Realtors Settlement now requires Buyers to sign a Buyers Broker Agreement in advance of viewing a property for sale with a Buyers Broker.  

A buyer's broker agreement can be beneficial for a buyer in several ways:

  1. Representation and Advocacy: A buyer's broker works specifically for the buyer and has a fiduciary duty to act in the buyer’s best interests. This means they will negotiate on your behalf and strive to get you the best deal possible.
