8+ years ago, my wife and I hired Bruce & Sandy Soli to sell our home in Tyrolian Village (Incline) and find us a decent condo on Lakeshore Blvd. We wanted beach access and a great lake view. They successfully marketed and sold our home, guiding us every step of the way. We got top dollar. At the same time, they exhaustively searched their sources for a lakefront, lake-view condo that met our specifications. There were none available thru MLS, but they used their network of sources to find a seller that had recently taken his condo OFF the market due to his own realtor's inability to sell it for what he wanted. The Solis' got their "red pencils" out and convinced the seller (& his realtor) to substantially discount his price far below the listing price. We got the condo of our dreams! We just used the Solis' again, as buyers' agents, to purchase a wonderful home in Incline Village. Simply put, you can't go wrong with these realtors! They are "go getters" - - knowledgeable "outside the box" thinkers. They have super energy and a contagious enthusiasm. We would highly recommend them.

Sandy and Bruce Soli are amazing! I just sold a home in Incline Village, and the transaction literally could not have gone better.
